SECURITY:

This is a secure building. All owners will have their personal access card to enter the premises.

PARKING:

All two bedroom condominium purchased will include 2 underground parking spaces while one bedroom will include 1. All leased condominium will be provided 1 surface parking space.

ANY COMMON AREAS:

Yes, the common area is located on the roof with the terrace.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE:

In the event of a power outage, the building has a generator as a backup system. This system will allow for all essential base building service to keep operating for everyone’s safety. The generator will not power the condo owner’s appliances and electronics.

ELEVATORS:

There are two (2) elevators.

ARE THERE CONDO FEES:

Yes, the following fees include the estimated Condo Fees and Reserve Funds:

  • One Bedroom: $300
  • Two Bedrooms: $325
  • Penthouse: $475

IS THERE A BICYCLE STORAGE AREA:

Yes, the bicycle storage area will be located in the underground area and is accessible to condo owners.

WHAT IS A RESERVE FUND FOR:

A reserve fund can only be used for replacement and non-routine repairs of common elements and assets of the condo. Examples would be, but not limited to; security system upgrade, common area flooring, roof replacement, or non-routine repairs to the building mechanical or electrical systems.

BBQs ALLOWED:

Yes, all condo owners are allowed electric BBQs on their individual patios

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO MOVE IN:

Fall 2018.

HOW MANY LEVELS ARE THERE:

There are 8 storeys plus the rooftop terrace, commercial and restaurant on the main floor then a boutique hotel and condos for lease and for sale. There are (29) condos for lease and (41) condos for sale including several penthouses.

IS THERE A FITNESS/ EXERCISE ROOM:

All residents of the building will have access to a private fitness center.

HOW HIGH ARE THE CEILINGS:

All ceilings are 3 meters (9.84 ft) high, except for the penthouses which are 3.4 meters (11.15 ft) high.

CAN I DESIGN MY OWN LAYOUT AND ARE THERE EXTRA FEES TO THE CONDO OWNER:

Yes, one of the benefits of purchasing a condo at an early stage is that you can have your condo designed to your liking at no extra cost.

CAN I COMBINE 2 SUITES INTO ONE:

Yes, you have the option of combining two suites into one larger suite for that extra space and comfort.
